At Banna, we are committed to providing a fair and
transparent refund policy for our customers. A fixed cancellation fee
will be applied based on the ticket fare and the time of cancellation.
Details of bus ticket cancellation charges are below:
Cancellation Before 72hours from date of journey - 10%
72hours - 48hours from date of journey - 20%
48hours - 24hours from date of journey - 30%
Within 24hours from date of journey - 100%
Charges will be deducted from the bus fare and the refund will be initiated on spot.
No refund will be provided for tickets cancelled after the bus has departed.
In recharge and in bill payments, Once the
transaction is initiated From the User, it cannot be reversed or
cancelled for certain services like bill payments and recharges.

If a merchant accidentally sends funds to us instead of the intended
other recipient, a refund request must be made by directly contacting
our support team to our office numbers, and write a mail to

receiving the request, we will contact the merchant within 1 hours from
the time of raising the complaint to verify the transaction before
initiating the refund process.
Please note that our bank requires up to 24 hours to create a
beneficiary account due to mandatory cooling periods. As a result,
refunds may take up to 24 to 48 hours to get processed and to get
credited to the customer's account.
Refunds will only be issued to the original sender
after verification. We will not refund to any third party or alternate
account.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or
